We are seeking a Project Manager・Project Leader to lead our technology team, managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Description

* Leading and managing technology projects from start to finish
* Coordinating with various internal departments and external stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation measures
* Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members
* Preparing project documentation and reports
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices

Profile

A successful Project Manager・Project Leader should have:

* A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
* Proven experience in project management in the technology and telecoms industry
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
