Job Description

Gestionnaire national de l'immobilier

Rôle

  • Coordonner et suivre les baux avec les différents propriétaires et locataires (une vingtaine de terminaux au Canada, aux Etats-Unis et au Mexique)
  • Rédiger et négocier les différents baux
  • Suivi de la facturation liée aux baux
  • Gérer les demandes des occupants des terminaux et des bâtiments en matière immobilière
  • Promouvoir les bâtiments et les emplacements disponibles pour les louer
  • Gérer et négocier les offres nécessaires pour les travaux d'amélioration ou de réparation
  • Suivre les budgets et les coûts associés aux différents bâtiments et terminaux
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'approbation des budgets immobiliers.
  • Toutes les autres tâches liées au poste

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en administration ou en finance
  • Au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un poste connexe ou similaire
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, principalement Outlook et Excel, AutoCAD
  • Bilingue, à l'écrit et à l'oral (anglais, français) (essentiel)
  • Bonne connaissance des principes comptables
  • Bonne connaissance de la gestion et de la location de propriétés commerciales/industrielles
  • Une expérience dans l'industrie du transport est un atout

National Property Manager

Role

  • Coordinate and follow up on leases with the various owners and tenants (around twenty terminals in Canada, the United States and Mexico)
  • Draft and negotiate the various leases
  • Monitoring of invoicing related to leases
  • Manage requests from occupants of terminals and buildings with regards to real estate
  • Promote available buildings and locations to rent them out
  • Manage and negotiate the bids necessary for improvement or repair work
  • Monitor budgets and costs associated with different buildings and terminals
  • Participate in the elaboration and approval of real estate budgets
  • All other tasks related to the position

  • Ability to manage many requests and projects at the same time

  • General knowledge of buildings (structure, mechanics, electrical)
  • Good analytical skills and recognized for its efficiency

  • Good communication skills both orally and in writing, in French and English

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate in Administration or Finance
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in a related or similar position
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel, AutoCAD
  • Bilingual, written and spoken (English, French) (essential)
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of commercial/industrial property management & Leasing
  • Experience in the transportation industry is an asset
