About You:

You will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and expansion of the provider network. This role ensures effective communication and coordination between healthcare providers, claims teams, and internal stakeholders. The coordinator will assist in provider contract management, maintain provider databases, and support network operations to enhance efficiency and compliance.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and healthcare regulations.

In this role, you’ll get to experience:

Provider Network Management

  • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining new and existing relationships with healthcare providers/vendors with a major focus on LATAM, Caribbean & Spanish Speaking Provider regions
  • Drive, maintain and update new & existing provider contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Conduct provider outreach to ensure compliance with contract terms and organizational policies.
  • Support the Medical Network Director in expanding and optimizing the provider network.
  • Assist in negotiating claim discounts and pricing adjustments in collaboration with the Medical Network Director
  • Engage and educate our Network through direct and indirect touchpoints
  • Provide redundancy support for the overall Americas Network Operations duties

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems and databases
  • Analyze provider data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Communication & Compliance

  • Serve as a liaison between providers, internal teams, and clients to facilitate smooth network operations.
  • Educate providers on managed care procedures, claim submission processes, and cost-containment policies.
  • Ensure all provider interactions comply with PIPEDA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement & Support

  • Assist in developing training materials and presentations for providers on claims management and contract procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in network management.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks related to provider relations.
  • Contribute and support the expansion and optimization of our Provider CRM and other Network Tools
  • Provide Back Up support for Network Team Members

What you bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare administration, claims processing, or network management.
  • Exposure to repricing claims, contract management, or healthcare financial processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and provider contract structures.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in healthcare or insurance settings
  • Exhibits robust negotiation skills, including proficiency in legal matters

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English and Spanish are a requirement for this position.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)..
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Bilingual in French, Portuguese, or Mandarin is an asset.
  • Knowledge of travel, snowbird, or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) networks.
