Seeking a Qualitative Manager for a key role within a Qualitative Research department. The successful candidate will deliver insightful marketing strategies and drive the performance of businesses within FMCG and retail industries.

Description

* Strengthen client relationships through your own contributions while involving senior members at the right time.
* Be responsible for the entire research process, project outcomes, client engagement and consulting, and mentoring junior staff.
* Contribute to clients' businesses across various industries and achieve tangible outcomes as a trusted partner.
* Develop the next generation of qualitative researchers and elevate the qualitative research presence of the company.
* Act as the representative for specific clients, understanding their internal challenges and business issues, and supporting their success beyond just qualitative or quantitative research.

Profile

A successful Qualitative Manager should have:

* Experience innovative research methods using cutting-edge technologies including AI.
* Experience mentoring junior qualitative researchers.
* Experience with collaborating with individuals with different perspectives and values to deliver better outputs as a project, departmental, or organizational member.
* Fluent Japanese and Business English.
