Sales & Leasing Receptionist/Host — Join the Midnight Team

Location: GTA or Barrie (at office for meetings, on-site for open houses/events )

Compensation: $30/hr + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus (Full time role available)

Must have access to a vehicle (reimbursement for distance included)

We’re looking for a client-first, detail-oriented Receptionist/Host to be the welcoming face of our brand across high-end rental and for-sale properties. If you love real estate, design-forward spaces, and creating great first impressions—this is for you.

• Greet and guide prospective renters, buyers & investors during showings and open houses
• Open houses for Custom Homes and Multiplexes in the GTA and Rental Communities in Barrie
• Represent the Midnight brand with professionalism, hospitality, and style
• Coordinate bookings, follow-ups, and client documentation
• Support our leasing and sales team with administrative and on-site help
• Host project launches, pop-ups & events (occasional evenings/weekends, adjusted hours)
• Assist with Social Media content - with a sales related focus
• Collaborate with our marketing/social media, development and design, and property management teams.

• A polished communicator who’s warm, confident, and detail-oriented
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or a client-facing role
• Someone who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic, design-driven environments
• Valid driver’s license + vehicle for travel between GTA & Barrie
• An individual looking to learn and perfect new skills
• Sales experience (in any area) would be preferred

• Ability to transition to grow into a full time salary employee within 3-6 months
• Employees then receive a guaranteed 5K bonus at the end of year 1

• Tech, tools & training provided - excellent for someone interested in getting into real estate sales/leasing
• If not a registered real estate agent already, Midnight will pay for you to get your license upon transition to a full time salaried employee.
