Real Estate Photographer/Videographer Role

Optiko Productions is a Digital Media Production company with a real estate photography/videography division. Our real estate photography division is dedicated to helping real estate professionals market their properties effectively. We specialize in capturing high-quality images and videos that make properties stand out in the competitive real estate market. As a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer at Optiko Productions, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients present their listings in the best possible way.
Job Description:
As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-quality images of residential properties. Your primary duties will include:
Collaborating with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to understand their vision and photography requirements.
Capturing well-lit, beautifully framed, and compelling images of interior and exterior spaces.
Maintaining photography equipment and ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Managing your photography schedule efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
There is no prior photography/videography experience required for this role. I will teach you everything you need to know! To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Good Communicator: you will be working directly with clients. I need somebody who will represent themselves professionally and be able to engage with clients in a positive and personable manner.
Punctual: you will be traveling to multiple shoots throughout each day. I need somebody who has time management skills and is able to stick to a schedule.
Organized: you will be shooting multiple listings throughout each day. You will be uploading the files from each shoot at the end of each day. This is going to be hundreds of photo and video files. I need somebody who is organized and can manage large numbers of files.
Reliable Transportation: you will be traveling throughout all of central Ohio shooting listings. It is imperative that you have a reliable form of transportation so that you can get from shoot to shoot. I will be compensating for gas, but you must have a reliable vehicle.
Full Time Availability: this will be a full-time role. Work time will fluctuate throughout the day/week but most work will be done between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday. Periodically there will be a need for availability on Saturday.
