Are you organized, personable, and passionate about great service? Always Fresh BBQ is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our growing catering business!
Your Role:
Answer and manage incoming calls and client inquiries efficiently and promptly
Schedule events and coordinate bookings
Handle invoicing, emails including timely follow-ups and basic record keeping
Provide top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and team support
What we’re looking for:
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
✅ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✅ Experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not required
