Title: Receptionist
Duration: 6 Month contract + extensions
Onsite Requirement: 5x per week in Saskatoon (S7K 5R6)
Rate: 20-25/h + benefits, depending on relative experience to the requirement
JOB SUMMARY:
Insight Global is looking for a Receptionist to join one of Calgary's largest agricultural companies for a 6 month contract with highly likely possible extensions. This individual will be responsible for welcoming employees and visitors in person and on the telephone in a professional and polished manner. The individual will work effectively and efficiently, whether working independently or as a team member. This position is 5 days a week onsite, located in the Saskatoon office and 40 hours a week.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or certificate relevant to business administration or equivalent education and experience.
• Up to 5 years experience in a corporate office environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to learn new programs and software quickly (Outlook, Word, Booking meetings etc.)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Any previous experience with Gallagher for access systems (key cards etc.)
-Office Space experience
