Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guelph for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment efforts. This role involves working closely with Sales and Employment Specialists to understand the staffing needs of their clients, managing a pipeline of potential and current candidates, onboarding of new associates, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruitment Specialist will also facilitate communication between candidates and the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to provide Training and support to new hires
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Administrative support to sales, the team and the owner
• Process payroll and other admin duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
