Job Description

The Renewal Sales Specialist renews contracts with existing customers and is skilled in cross-selling, upselling, and engaging with companies and partners to maintain healthy and positive relationships.

Description

* Manage and develop customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for business expansion within the existing customer base (up-scaling and cross-selling).
* Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Conduct regular reviews and reports on customer success metrics.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new customer success strategies.
* Ensure that all the information is properly encoded on the CRM.

Profile

* Previous sales experience in the software industry.
* High-level business English and Japanese.
* Comfortable cold emailing and cold calling.
* Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
