このポジションは 東京オフィス を拠点とし、Tobiiの最前線で活躍する重要な役割を担います。

スウェーデン・ストックホルム本社の グローバル・プロフェッショナルサービスディレクター と連携しながら、戦略とイノベーションの最前線で活躍していただきます。

あなたの役割は、日本のプロフェッショナルサービスチームの成功を左右する、 重要かつ影響力のあるもの です。

主に以下の業務をお任せします。

✅ プロフェッショナルサービスの売上および収益目標の達成

✅ 提供するサービスの品質と効率性の管理

✅ チームメンバーの育成・マネジメント、キャリア成長のサポート

✅ 営業チームやアカウントマネージャーと連携し、魅力的で収益性の高いリサーチ提案を設計

✅ クライアントの成功につながる、インパクトのあるリサーチレポートの作成とプレゼンテーションの指導

✅ グローバルチームとのベストプラクティス共有や戦略策定に貢献

✅ リサーチプロジェクトの全プロセス（提案、プロジェクト管理、手法設計、フィールドワーク、データ分析、インサイト提供など）において専門性を発揮し、リーダーシップを発揮

求めるスキル・経験

市場調査・UXリサーチ分野で7年以上の実務経験 （リードリサーチャー、クライアントディレクターなど）

定性・定量調査の多様な手法に精通

クライアントサイドまたはリサーチエージェンシーでの市場調査経験 （市場調査の実務と、クライアント側での活用理解が深い方）

チームマネジメントや人材育成、採用、評価の経験

ビジネスレベルの英語力、流暢な日本語力（ネイティブレベルまたは同等）

ビジネス、心理学、リサーチ関連の学位（または同等の経験）

Are you a seasoned professional in market and UX research ready to take your leadership to the next level? At Tobii, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how people interact with technology, and we’re looking for a visionary  Research Manager  to lead our Professional Services team in Japan to new heights!

Excited as what you will do as our Manager?

This exciting role is based in our Tokyo office, where you'll be at the forefront of our dynamic operations. You'll stay connected to the pulse of innovation and strategy as you closely collaborate with and report to our Global Director of Professional Services, based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Your role will make a tangible impact and ensure the success of our Japanese Professional Services team by:

• Delivering sales and profitability targets for Professional Services
• Overseeing the quality and efficiency of services delivered to our clients
• Managing and mentoring a team of talented professionals, fostering their development and guiding them to success
• Fostering efficient teamwork with sales teams and account managers to design compelling, profitable research service proposals to clients
• Enabling your team to craft and present impactful research reports that drive client success
• Sharing ideas, exchange best practices, and contribute to key global initiatives that shape the future of Tobii
• Taking ownership and lend expertise through all aspects involved in complex research projects, be it in pitching, project management, methodology, field work, coding, analysis, insights

To thrive in this role, you bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as Lead Researcher, Client Director or similar, in market and UX research, with proficiency in diverse qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Extensive experience from market research in commercial client setting, either on the client side or on the agency side, showing great understanding of how market research is activated on the client side
• Proven experience in leadership/team management, including recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
• Good written and verbal skills in English, and fluency in Japanese (native or fluent)
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Research, or a related field
