A leading Canadian transportation company is hiring a Safety, Security & Environment Advisor. The Role:

As a key member of the Safety, Security & Environment team, you’ll help drive a culture of safety through proactive leadership, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. You’ll take the lead on incident investigations, hazard assessments, inspections, training coordination, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a primary focus on workplace safety, while also supporting security and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause investigations and lead corrective action plans.
• Coordinate and lead job hazard assessments, inspections, and site audits.
• Maintain and analyze safety data to identify trends and reduce incidents.
• Facilitate H&S committee operations, safety training, and learning opportunities across diverse workgroups.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in safety, security, and/or environmental roles.
• Strong command of safety regulations, hazard assessments, and audit processes.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation is an asset.
