As a Sales Assistant , you will play a vital part in propelling our business forward! Your duties will involve expanding our customer base, enhancing brand recognition, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy!

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Introduce products and services to potential customers, tailor packages to fit their needs, and complete sales
  • Process sales orders accurately and completely using Salesforce, and meet sales targets
  • Take part in the full sales cycle from lead qualification to customer acquisition
  • Deliver sales presentations to new and current customers
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
  • Assist the Manager with sales team activities, including lead assignment, scheduling, and preparing statistics for daily meetings

Sales Assistant Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Advertising, or Communications is an asset!
  • Must be excited to work in a fast-paced environment where individual actions impact overall company growth and success!
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential!
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are preferred
  • Must be comfortable going through a background check with Sterling when hired
