This role is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join the team in Japan. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical background and a passion for sales. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their automation needs, and providing tailored robotic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Japan's industrial automation sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
* Work closely with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
* Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
* 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery.
* Strong understanding of automation solutions and industrial robotics applications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
