Job Description

A new business division is launching an innovative 3D vision solution for robotics, starting with Japan's logistics sector and expanding globally. We are seeking a commercially savvy, bilingual sales professional with a strong interest in automation and solution-based selling.

Description

The Sales Manager will be part of the new division's early growth in Japan, with plans to expand further. As a core member of the commercial team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Driving new business development and managing existing accounts
* Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying partnership opportunities
* Building strong customer relationships across industries like logistics, packaging, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals
* Collaborating with product and technical teams to provide tailored solutions
* Supporting marketing initiatives and branding for the new product line

Profile

* Business-level English & fluent Japanese
* Background in robotics, automation, logistics tech, or similar B2B industrial sectors
* A proactive, resilient personality with strong relationship-building skills
* Prior experience in solution sales, technical sales, or business development
* Experience working in structured Japanese organizations or with Japanese clients
