Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director International Sales & Planning and Performance, the International Sales Planning and Performance Manager will be responsible for planning, leading and executing International Business Unit (IBU) planning and forecasting cycles with both the internal and external teams. This role is responsible for monitoring sales and tracking and reporting on the KPI’s for the business, with the goal of streamlining and optimizing these processes to drive insights, accountability to the sales team, and better visibility to the organization to enable the IBU team to achieve their short and long-term business goals.
