Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Lead innovative data architecture and integration : Design scalable data models and seamlessly integrate external data sources with SFMC, using APIs, SFTP, and Automation Studio to support multi-channel campaigns and drive impactful marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership : Work closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to build optimized workflows, manage data strategies, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, all while guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Leverage expertise for personalized marketing success : Utilize your deep hands-on experience with SFMC tools (Contact Builder, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript) and marketing performance analytics to optimize campaign segmentation and enhance customer engagement, while applying your knowledge of CDPs and CRMs.

 

Annual Salary: 10 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Design scalable data models and architectures within SFMC to support multi-channel campaign requirements.
• Integrate external data sources with SFMC using APIs, SFTP, and Automation Studio.
• Define and manage data extensions, contact models, and subscriber data strategies.
• Build and optimize query activities and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Support campaign segmentation strategies and performance analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as SFMC Architect or Data Specialist (7+ years preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise with Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs for SFMC integration.
• Experience with CDPs, CRMs (Sales/Service Cloud), or external data platforms
• .Exposure to marketing performance reporting and personalization strategies.
• Japanese language skills are a strong
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer / Administrator.- Experience working with APAC mark

Japanese Languages : Business japanese level (JLPT N1) and business level english required
