Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of SAP IDM solutions to meet business requirements
· Oversee the development and customization of SAP HCM ABAP programs to enhance system functionality
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in SAP development
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
· Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions
· Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
· Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks
· Mentor junior developers and provide training on SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Qualifications
