Job Title: SAP Field Service Management Consultant

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting on SAP Field Service Management implementation and optimization for clients.
• Manage service orders in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring they are set up correctly and integrated seamlessly with Case Management and Service Cloud.
• Guide the client through best practices in field service processes, including equipment installation, warranty services, preventive maintenance, and billable repairs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow of service-related activities.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency in field service operations.
• Offer advice on handling cash and digital payments for services (e.g., repairs) when required for specific customer subsets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP Field Service Management consultant.
• Strong experience in field services environments with knowledge of processes like equipment installation, warranty service, preventive maintenance, and billable repairs.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in setting up service orders.
• Understanding of the integration between SAP S/4HANA, Case Management, and Service Cloud.
• Experience in environments where cash and digital payments are accepted for services (bonus).
