Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Archiving Consultant with a strong background in SAP HCM data archiving using SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK) . The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience implementing data archiving solutions in a complex enterprise landscape and providing architectural guidance .

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM , with a strong focus on data archiving and architectural solutioning .
• Expertise in SAP ADK with at least two full-cycle data archiving projects .
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits) and HR processes .
• Hands-on experience in archiving payroll data (Canada & USA) .
• Solid understanding of business data retention policies, compliance, and legal destruction requirements .
• Ability to analyze system behavior post-archiving and recommend optimized solutions .
• Strong ABAP programming and troubleshooting skills .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in complex SAP landscapes with custom archiving requirements .
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for HR and payroll data retention.
• Prior experience working in large-scale SAP HCM implementations .
