他部門、国内外サプライヤー、サービスプロバイダー等と緊密に協力し、顧客の要望を満たす高品質で、安全かつ効率的な診断用製品が、必要な時に必要な場所へ供給される体制を恒常的に維持すること。To work closely with other divisions, domestic and overseas suppliers, and service providers to maintain a constant supply of high-quality, safe, and efficient diagnostic products that meet customer requirements, when and where they are needed.効率的、生産的、cost effectiveなサプライチェーン体制を創り上げていくこと。To create an efficient, productive, and cost effective supply chain system.職務内容：1. 社内、社外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションを取り、効率的なOperationを行うCommunicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.2. 効率的なOperationの為のシステムならびにProcess構築並びに維持に努める(基幹システム(SAP）の入替を含む)Establish and maintain systems and processes for efficient operations (including replacement of the core system (SAP)).3.リーダーシップを発揮し、組織内の人材の有効活用並びに成長のサポートをするProvide leadership and support the effective utilization and growth of human resources within the organization.4. 納期管理、在庫管理、出荷管理、売上管理等の業務Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Shipment Management,Revenue Management, etc.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
・英語力上級/ Business Level of English

・システム変更等のProjectに従事した経験がある事/Experience working on projects such as system changes
・ピープルマネジメント経験/People manager experience
・サプライチェーンマネジメント業務経験/ Experience of Supply Chain Management
・売上認識・コスト管理を含む会計知識/ Accounting knowledge including Revenue recognition and cost control
・会社基幹システムの知識/ Knowledge of company core systems
・輸入ロジスティクスの経験/ Experience in import logistics operations
・輸出入に関する知識/ Knowledge of import/export
