【仕事内容】:

• Microsoft 365の導入に関わる構築、運用担当としてプロジェクトに参画いただきます
• これまでのご経験やスキルによって、詳細設計〜単体試験／基本設計〜結合試験／要件定義／プロジェクト計画 のいずれかを担当いただきます

【Job Description】:

• You will be involved in the project as a construction and operation manager for the implementation of Microsoft 365
• Depending on your experience and skills, you will be in charge of either detailed design - unit testing, basic design - integration testing, requirements definition, or project planning

【想定業務】:

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise製品（Teams、Intune、Azure Active Directory、Defenderシリーズなど）の導入計画策定、展開、設定、及び運用設計
• クライアント要件を基にしたカスタマイズや最適化の提案
• Microsoft 365 E5導入前の技術的な適合性確認のためのPoC実施
• 機能検証および技術調査の実施（セキュリティ機能、コンプライアンス機能、統合運用などの検証）
• クライアント向け提案資料、運用ガイド、導入手順書などの作成

[Expected work]:

• Drafting implementation plans, deployment, configuration, and operational design for Microsoft 365 Enterprise products (Teams, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Defender series, etc.)
• Proposing customization and optimization based on client requirements
• Implementing PoC to confirm technical compatibility before implementing Microsoft 365 E5
• Implementing functional verification and technical research (verification of security functions, compliance functions, integrated operations, etc.)
• Creating proposal materials, operational guides, implementation procedures, etc. for clients
  

Requirements

必須スキル:

• 1〜３年のMicrosoft 365 E5の設計構築経験 もしくは
• ４年以上のMicrosoft 365 E5の運用経験

Required Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in designing and building Microsoft 365 E5 OR
• 4 or more years of experience in operating Microsoft 365 E5

• 資料作成スキル
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• Microsoft 365 Enterpriseのセキュリティとコンプライアンス領域の経験
• エンドポイントセキュリティ（MDE・展開/Windowsデバイス堅牢化）の知識経験
• クラウドアプリセキュリティ（MDO/MDCA）の知識経験
• IDセキュリティ（SSO/M365のID管理/条件付きアクセスを含むセキュリティポリシー）の知識経験
