Your Role
The Senior Account Manager at HealthPartners stewards relationships with key stakeholders (accounts, members, volunteers), manages fundraising campaigns, drives revenue and connects Canadians to our member charities to ultimately increase the funds we raise on their behalf. The Senior Account Manager focuses on private clients – requiring innovation, customization, handing conflict, troubleshooting issues, and gathering insights. This position also actively supports the Regional Managers in efforts to identify, prospect, solicit and secure new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Manager, with indirect day-to-day support and supervision from the Senior Director, Business Development, in execution of the HealthPartners Business Development strategic and operational plans the primary responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager are to:
· Serve as central point of contact with assigned clients (workplaces that host fundraising campaigns on behalf of HealthPartners), fostering strong and collaborative relationships, providing excellent customer service to all clients and contacts.
· Engage accounts, members and volunteers in the HealthPartners cause.
· Manage successful workplace giving campaigns and engage donors to maximise resources.
· Nurture a network of influencers and HealthPartners ambassadors.
· Maintain accurate and timely data in HealthPartners’ CRM.
· Generate comprehensive reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
· Contribute to the profitability analysis of fundraising campaigns and identify strategies to improve them.
· Be a relentless bi-directional ambassador between our clients and all HealthPartners stakeholders.
The Senior Account Manager is additionally responsible to:
· Contribute to business development efforts – actively supporting Regional Managers in efforts to identify, prospect, solicit and secure new clients.
· Attend events – both in person and virtually – that support workplace giving campaigns.
· Speak publicly on behalf of HealthPartners (in person and virtually) to include giving informative presentations, introducing volunteer speakers, and delivering educational talks.
· Effectively position HealthPartners’ brand among key stakeholders, contributing to communications and marketing efforts to achieve HealthPartners' strategic goals.
· Remain up to date on fundraising and campaign best practices and trends
· Identify donor retention opportunities.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager as designated, including managing staff and/or consultants if/as appropriate.
