We’re hiring a Senior Training Facilitator to lead engaging, transformative learning experiences and support the development of high-impact training content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of a room (virtual or in-person), understands how to build learning journeys that resonate, and is excited about making workplaces better for everyone.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our training programs, guiding clients through their DEI journeys, and ensuring our delivery continues to set the standard in this space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate and deliver world-class workshops, webinars, and training sessions for both virtual and in-person settings for audiences, including employees, leaders, and executive teams.
  • Customize training sessions to reflect client needs, industry context, and workplace goals.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and thoughtful consultation.
  • Help clients navigate DEI and workplace challenges and celebrate wins by offering practical recommendations and insights.
  • Communicate and consult with clients through meetings, presentations, written communications, etc.
  • Lead client accounts, including managing timelines and expectations, logistics, putting together learning materials, and incorporating client feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ goals, objectives, and pain points and consult on solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify client team growth opportunities and ways to surprise and delight our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, reflect, and implement improvements to support CultureAlly’s services becoming the best in class.
  • Help design and adapt learning content that meets client needs and reflects adult learning best practices.
  • Build training resources such as decks, facilitator guides, participant handouts, and other supporting materials.
  • Apply the latest research and trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Partner with internal teams, contractors and subject matter experts to Identify new topics, trends, and opportunities to evolve our offerings
  • Manage multiple client projects and engagements while staying on top of timelines and deliverables.
  • Use project tracking tools to keep content development and delivery organized.
  • Share insights with cross-functional partners and contribute to evolving our methodology.
  • Mentor junior facilitators and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Work with the Sales team to inform renewals and client success

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of facilitation, learning & development, or related experience
  • Confidence facilitating virtually and in-person across diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and delivering training for adult learners
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience and knowledge of DEI, HR, workplace culture programs and/or workplace education
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a growing, remote-first company
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills
  • Executive-level engagement and comfort with senior leaders
  • Project and stakeholder management experience.

The package:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 CAD

  • 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 3 leave days annually for religious or cultural events that are not on the government calendar or for just reconnecting with yourself.

Other things to know:

As a client-facing role, you are expected to be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and flexible in working with the client’s time zones and needs. Some meetings and training may occasionally fall outside these hours. You’re also comfortable working remotely and traveling for in-person training (travel across Canada and the United States up to 25%).
