For one of the leading companies in the food sector, specializing in the production of fresh and ready-to-eat fruit and vegetable products, we are looking for a Senior Food R&D Technologist.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process and reformulation of existing products, with a focus on:

• Creation and management of recipes for sauces, pasta, soups, and ready meals
• Development and reformulation of products, from raw material selection to defining the production process
• Industrialization and optimization of production processes
• Management of packaging and market launch
• Coordination of testing and production phases
• Project management for innovation in the ready meals category and new product lines

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably a degree in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines
• Solid experience in R&D in the food sector (preferably in sauces, ready meals, pasta, and soups)
• Knowledge of production processes, international food regulations, and market trends
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus)
