Job Description

Reporting to Investment Analytics Director , you will create impact within our Investment Analytics Team, within the Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our work with some of the biggest brands on the planet, and as Google's key global partner, setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute into Investment Analytics team, a broad and diverse team within the Paid Media Practice encompassing Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Visualisation specialists. . At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth.

This role will be the main POC for a global B2B Client on all analytics related issues, and support a broader team of Data Planning and BI team members. Be seen as the team's first port of call for day-to-day marketing analytics enquiries, while driving the long term strategic vision of the client's measurement framework, testing agenda, and dashboarding solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• You will work with clients and partners to clarify needs, goals, and timings to define a dashboarding solutions; you will covering data sources, data collection, schema, and visual design
• You will work with the Sales & Partnerships team and other capabilities to present the benefits of Tableau and other BI tools and their features to prospects and existing clients, depending on their challenges
• You will engage in the design of collateral and processes to develop the practice further and innovate the product portfolio
• Define a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and KPIs aligned to our goals and illustrate campaign effectiveness
• You will plan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysis
• You will identify opportunities to solve recurring client challenges and innovate the product portfolio
• Mentor junior members of the team

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Native Japanese and business English.
• 4+ Experience with Python/R or SQL,Tableau, power BI,
• Experience working with Travel-industry businesses, in an agency setup preferred
• Experience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insights
• Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions
• You can distill and translate complex analysis into applicable insights that a client will understand
• You have experience in design compelling data visualisations for different stakeholder levels
• Proficient knowledge of digital activation and understanding of the levers a digital marketer may pull to influence marketing outcomes
• Experience delivering lift/testing/experimentation for optimising creative, media, and other marketing factors
• A curious thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
• Demonstrated expertise with digital media buying platforms in programmatic, display, video, search, and social channels
• Experience of CRM/CDP/email marketing platforms and data (Salesforce, Segment, Hubspot, Mailchimp and more) and omni-channel marketing
• Familiarity with Python/R or SQL
• Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
• Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
