Position Overview:
As the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and PPC at BoomerangFX, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists and practice consultants. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing strategies, managing high-value client accounts, and driving the performance and growth of your team. You will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and results.
Key Responsibilities section:
· Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists and practice consultants, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
· Strategic Oversight : Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention for private-pay healthcare practices.
· Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, providing regular performance reviews and professional development opportunities.
· Client Management: Act as an escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all accounts.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing and client success strategies with overall company objectives.
· Training and Development: Lead onboarding and continuous training programs for new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
· Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for both marketing execution and client management.
· Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
What are we looking for section:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams. Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology is preferred.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and exceed KPIs.
· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), and analytics software.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both internal teams and clients.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Certifications : Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
