Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse. You’ll lead a growing marketing team while rolling up your sleeves to drive initiatives forward yourself. If you love switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution — and thrive in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment — this is your role. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with a strong foundation in digital marketing , content strategy , and campaign execution .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, Mentor, Execute:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, while directly contributing to key projects and campaigns.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, provide regular feedback, and model a high-energy, high-performance work ethic.
  • Jump in where needed — whether writing copy, launching campaigns, or optimizing digital ads — to help the team move faster and smarter.

Agency & Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and consultants.
  • Help to support broader agency management efforts, ensuring deliverables align with strategy, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
  • Oversee the quality and performance of external partners in coordination with other internal stakeholders.

Strategy & Execution

  • Build and drive integrated marketing strategies that fuel brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Personally own critical execution elements — from campaign development to asset creation to digital optimizations.

Campaign Ownership

  • Plan, launch, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns — and actively optimize for maximum results.
  • Create campaign briefs, manage timelines, and directly execute or oversee delivery to ensure excellence at every touchpoint.

Content Marketing

  • Work side-by-side with the team to produce compelling content across all formats: blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, emails, video scripts, and more.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency, while pushing for innovation in storytelling and engagement.

Digital Marketing

  • Drive execution of digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Own day-to-day management of campaign performance dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others) — and optimize in real-time based on results.

Budget Management

  • Build and manage the marketing budget, balancing smart investments with a sharp focus on ROI.
  • Track spend against performance metrics, adjusting quickly to maximize impact.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign and channel data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Share regular updates with leadership, highlighting wins, lessons learned, and clear next steps for growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Experience managing and scaling a marketing team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with or within B2B SaaS or CRM industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, etc.).

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in demand generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Fintech space.
  • Knowledge of marketing for the CRM or SaaS space.
  • Graphic design or video content skills are a plus.

Why you should apply:

  • Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching and $900 Lifestyle Spend Account
  • Generous paid vacay and sick days
  • A powerful Laptop
  • Budget for courses, books, and personal development
  • ❤️ Peer to peer recognition and rewards
  • Team building events, happy hours and more
  • Flexible, remote & hybrid work
