The Role

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and business performance.
• Lead and support a local marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and strong execution.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources to maximize impact.

Your Skills

• 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel moderately.
