You will develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies, manage a team of five, and collaborate closely with APAC and Global teams. This is a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand, digital presence, and customer engagement in Japan's life sciences sector.

Description

* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and mentor a team of five marketers, driving performance and professional growth.
* Oversee a $45M USD marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and execution.
* Execute B2B omnichannel marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning.
* Collaborate with APAC and Global stakeholders to align marketing efforts with regional and global initiatives.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
* Lead product launches, digital marketing, and branding initiatives to enhance market presence.
* Strengthen relationships with senior industry influencers and decision-makers.

Profile

* 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong background in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
* Experience in life sciences, biotech, or related industries.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
* Excellent leadership skills, with a passion for developing teams and talent.
* Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
