Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of a front-end web application using React, C# .NET Core, and Fluent UI (or similar design systems), ensuring a user-friendly and responsive design
• Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to translate design concepts into functional, intuitive interfaces that prioritize user experience
• Work closely with cloud team to integrate full-stack components seamlessly into our Azure-based architecture
• Drive the development of new features and improvements that enhance user interaction with the platform, maintaining a focus on performance and scalability
• Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and facilitating effective team collaboration throughout the development process
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in front-end development and cloud integration

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with React, C# .NET Core, and Fluent UI (or similar design systems), with a strong track record of delivering high-quality front-end and full-stack applications
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure, and how they integrate with web applications
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, including version control, CI/CD, and managing collaborative development workflows
• Exceptional skills in UX/UI design principles, with a focus on building responsive, secure, and performant web applications across multiple browsers and devices
• Proactive problem-solving ability, with a passion for tackling technical challenges and presenting creative solutions to improve user experience
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like Single Sign-On (SSO), front-end security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards

Pay Rate: $110-120k/year
