Our Challenge:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET UI Angular Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications using Angular, as well as developing backend services using the .NET framework. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies, best practices in software development, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON $110k-$130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular for the frontend and .NET for the backend.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Code Quality and Best Practices:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
• Integration and APIs:
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Performance Optimization:
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Implement best practices for responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentorship:
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges and career development.

Requirements:

You are:

• Education:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and Angular.
• Proven experience in developing responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server or Entity Framework.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
