The Role

• Responsible for backend development of a large-scale communication platform that processes tens of billions of messages daily.
• The role involves building and enhancing core infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability under massive traffic volumes.
• Work includes supporting both user-facing messaging services and backend systems used by businesses and external partners integrated into the platform.
• Focus is on continuous optimization of system resources, maintaining operational stability, and delivering backend solutions that provide greater value to internal teams and end users alike.

Your Skills

• Required Experience/Skills
• Server-side development experience (JVM language or C/C++) (3 years or more)
• Experience in operating production systems in a Linux/Unix environment
• Experience in database operations (MySQL, Redis, HBase, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.)

Desirable experience/skills

• Experience in designing and developing server applications and databases in high traffic environments
• Knowledge of JVM tuning and monitoring
• Major in computer science or related field at university or graduate school
• Business level English (reading and writing)

• 13,000,000 yen - 18,000,000 yen
