We are looking for a business-savvy Product-tech leader to re-imagine the next-gen service model for Japan customers to get their shopping experience with Amazon as convenient as a quick convenience store trip.

As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will be partnering with teams across WW/JP Store Tech, Supply Chain, Operations/AMZL, and Categories to improve both the shopping experience for customers, as well as help our network to achieve higher sustainability and lower cost-to-serve.

Key job responsibilities
Own a highly technical roadmap for a new delivery service to be built from scratch.
Partner with global technology teams to improve foundational capabilities and build and enhance locally relevant CX features;
Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of key products and customer outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
