Position Summary

The Senior Rigger / Crew Lead will apply their hands-on rigging experience to lead crews on-site, manage complex jobs, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as crew leader on machinery moves, installations, and removals
• Direct daily site operations and delegate tasks to team members
• Operate and oversee use of forklifts, scissor lifts, and rigging equipment
• Plan, coordinate, and execute load securement and transport strategies
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols (company and client)
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Mentor and train junior riggers and movers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial rigging and machinery moving
• Demonstrated leadership in field operations or supervisory roles
• Expert knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery relocation
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and related tools
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving under pressure
• Preferred: Class AZ Driver’s License
