Job Description

Senior Salesforce System Administrator

National Corporate Housing seeks an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Salesforce Flows and significant experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with comprehensive knowledge of integrations and administration across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Support functions. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Engagement features, including Cadences, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to significantly enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive innovation by implementing advanced solutions using Salesforce Flows, Lightning components, Process Builder, and AppExchange applications.
  • Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations leveraging APIs and middleware tools.
  • Administer, configure, and continuously improve Salesforce environments to effectively support Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Support, and Product teams.
  • Collaborate proactively with leadership, program leads, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to clearly understand and address their Salesforce needs.
  • Develop and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring adherence to best practices in Sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and related marketing automation integrations.
  • Utilize foundational coding skills (APEX, SOQL) to extend Salesforce functionality and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure strict data management practices, robust security standards, and compliance procedures.
  • Monitor Salesforce updates and releases closely, clearly communicate enhancements, and rapidly implement relevant new features.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and provide comprehensive communication on Salesforce best practices and updates across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive, hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required.
  • Deep expertise in designing and managing complex Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement, particularly Cadence management, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
