We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager for a long term HYBRID contract in Montreal, Quebec. The PM will lead full-cycle SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-facing communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Engage daily with clients, providing clear and effective communication and presentations.
• Foster an inclusive team environment, collaborating with diverse professionals to drive innovative solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP and project management trends to provide forward-thinking solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in addressing new challenges.
• Manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with professionalism and confidence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in the SAP domain, with extensive hands-on functional experience.
• At least 4 years of SAP project management experience, including leadership of at least two full-cycle implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a comfort level in daily client interactions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment.
• Experience in proposal development and delivering persuasive presentations.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines with professionalism.
