What you’ll be doing…

In your role as Senior Security Solutions Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and providing the right technology and services solutions to help ensure our large enterprise customers keep their information systems secure and identify risks before they become real threats that impact business. But you’ll be doing more than just providing IT security — you’ll help customers prepare for the unexpected, defend their systems, and protect their business, brand, and bottom line against cyber attacks and threat actors.

In this critical role, you’ll be:

  • Forging strong customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers.

  • Evaluating and identifying business requirements to reduce vulnerabilities and risks in customer information systems.

  • Proposing tailored services and solutions to address customer security threats and risks.

  • Handling all aspects of sales from start to finish.

  • Assessing results to improve performance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

The value and high level design of complex security solutions are understood because you explain them in human terms. You know how to relate to senior leaders and orchestrate big deals.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in sales and / or consulting services for  IT, Network & Cybersecurity solutions;

  • Experience selling complex security solutions, managed security services and strategic security consulting services;

  • Willingness to travel;

  • Fluent Japanese and minimum basic/intermediate English; 

  • Passion for learning and continuous professional development;

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience in IT, network and / or  cybersecurity solutions.

Even better if you have:

  • Prepared and presented compelling business cases to c-suite buyers. Ideally, in large global accounts;

  • Evaluated and documented customer technical needs relating to IT security;

  • Anticipated and mitigated technical barriers to sale or implementation;

  • Experience selling complex security solutions and strategic security consulting services;

  • Experience selling IT and security solutions in South Korea, Hong Kong and South East Asia;

  • Cybersecurity accreditations and / or qualifications.
