We are seeking a Bilingual (ENGLISH & SPANISH) Automotive Service Advisor with expertise in German cars to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for German automotive engineering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle inquiries
• Provide accurate and detailed information about German automotive services and repairs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive customer service or sales
• Knowledge of German automotive brands and their service requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attend continuing education programs provided by Employer
