Park & Fifth Social Content Creator
Park & Fifth is looking for a social obsessed, fashion loving content creator to join their Marketing team.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social content strategy to achieve Park & Fifth’s marketing objectives.
- Consistently be on top of social trends and creators and leverage them to create highly engaging content for our brand.
- Be one of the main faces of Park & Fifth on social.
- Lead all platform engagement with our Park & Fifth followers and other creators.
- Develop social strategies to generate sales and drive product sell-through through organic content.
- Create social content to drive buzz around new launches and restocks to heighten demand and encourage sell-outs while driving traffic to the website and increasing conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor social trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Experiment with new content formats, features, and creative approaches to propel the Park & Fifth brand in social.
- Continuously ideate and implement new ways to utilize Instagram and TikTok features and trends to enhance our brand presence.
- Lead all social results reporting and use data to inform upcoming strategies and decisions.
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of content from a variety of content pillars on Instagram and TikTok, including:
- Develop and execute high value Instagram and TikTok content to bring our brand personality to life in an engaging and premium way while growing our followers.
- Plan, film and produce creative content to achieve follower target, engagement rate and revenue targets.
- Find and partner with platform-specific creators to drive follower growth and engagement rate.
- Film a variety of content formats, including behind-the-scenes, social led concepts, interviews, tutorials, partnerships etc.
- Create content on campaigns, new products, collections and other initiatives in creative ways native to each platform.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation.
- Must have a warm, confident and witty personality to be the face of Park & Fifth Social.
- Excessive use of social platforms, specifically TikTok – if there’s a trend, you know about it.
- An extremely strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok nuances and humour that can be leveraged in content and community management.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok reactive trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- An extremely strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok specific creators that can be partnered with for brand growth.
- An online portfolio showcasing a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content. Please include your Instagram and TikTok handle in your application.
- A strong sense of personal style and a love of fashion.
- Strong understanding of styling for different customer mindsets and personas through social content.
- Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software (cap-cut, TikTok native, Adobe suite)
- A strong attention to detail and creative eye for visually appealing content that is on brand for Park & Fifth.
- Ambitious and creative mindset with an obsession for social media and fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the company and with social partners and creators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, report on success and learnings and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Genuine love for Park & Fifth and aligns with our brand values.
What you’ll receive:
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
