Marketing Specialist – Social Media Focus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Score Promotions' brand, products, and services.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital advertising, content marketing, and events.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, website copy, blog posts, and social media.
  • Create, develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to promote brand awareness
  • Monitor social media trends, platforms, and tools to ensure Score Promotions maintains an innovative and effective presence.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand advocacy and foster meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including key metrics like reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on marketing activities to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in marketing initiatives.
  • Support lead generation efforts through the implementation of lead nurturing programs, lead scoring, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and upper management, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the promotional products industry and keep up to date with industry news and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Creative Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or promotional products environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels, with a strong understanding of different platforms and their audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software and intermediate video editing skills.
