Job Description We build and scale a holistic customer relationship management program to deliver automated and personalized marketing messages to Prime Video customers worldwide. Our team builds, maintains, and obsesses over our customer communication programs delivered in Prime Video's owned marketing channels and surfaces, including customer emails, app push notifications, WhatsApp, and Client promotions. We deliver billions of messages to tens of millions of customers worldwide across 200 territories and 30+ languages. Primary Responsibilities Develop monitoring solutions. Troubleshoot/debug and implement fixes for internally developed code (Perl, C/C++, JAVA). Perform SQL queries. Improve systems that gather metrics on features. Update, track, and resolve technical challenges. Work alongside development on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects. Update/enhance current software. Automate support processes and document systems. Job Qualifications The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills while gaining exposure to a wide variety of software applications. They must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Preferred coding skills: Perl, C/C++, and/or Java. Other desired technical skills include Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.
