Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Frisco, Texas.

Duties:

• Input, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases
• Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, to support data management and analysis
• Manage sourcing-related information using customer relationship management tools
• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in alignment with commodity strategies
• Support sourcing initiatives across multiple commodity areas with minimal supervision
• Participate in the development and execution of Request for Proposals and other sourcing events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support purchasing and supplier selection processes
• Create Deselect Notice Letters from pre-approved templates for eligible Site deselects and process in the company
• Assist with research on Ad-hoc requests

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data integrity by identifying, verifying, and correcting errors
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information with a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality
• Proficient in Excel for data collection, analysis, and manipulation
• Familiarity with CRM tools, including experience using company for data entry and information retrieval
• Experience processing contracts, including creating Cases, Opportunities, and DocuSign envelopes within CRM systems
• Ability to identify and escalate data discrepancies or system errors in a timely and accurate manner
