About us:

Children's Therapy Network is an organization dedicated to providing specialized Pediatric Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies to children throughout the state of California in clinic, home and school settings.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an entry level Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of talented therapists.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments and evaluations of patient communication and language skills.
Develop individualized treatment plans that are specific to each patient's needs
Treat and advise on patients based on physician-approved treatment plans
Provide various therapy interventions focusing on speech and language development
Train and educate patients and families in skills related to diagnosis and treatment.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (clinical fellowship welcome)
Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking
Computer literate and knowledgeable about electronic health records

Nice-to-haves:

Previous experience in a related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience working with children with special needs
Responsive to parent and care-giver concerns
Experience supervising and mentoring other therapists.
