Description

* Overseeing daily operations of the retail department within the FMCG industry.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
* Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
* Leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
* Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
* Implementing visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
