目的・役割
・SkyworksのBAW製品を円滑に量産移行する為の中心的な役割を担う。
・各部門（設計、プロセス技術、測定技術、品質保証、生産）と密に連携して複数の開発プロジェクトを同時に遂行し、製品開発と量産化に対して責任を持つ。
業務内容
・製造工程データと電気特性の解析
・工程管理の仕様と手法の決定
・製品仕様書・関連文書の作成と運用
・設計、プロセス技術、測定技術、品質保証部門と連携した製品開発支援
・使用部材の2ndサプライヤー評価、歩留まり改善、CT改善などのコスト削減活動
・理系の学士号以上。
・製造業での技術職として経験がありデータ解析の経験が有る

・高周波回路の知識、SAW/BAWあるいは半導体製造プロセスの知識が望ましい
・英語でのコミュニケ―ションに向上意欲が有る方
