BE Process Engineer (Sr. Packaging engineer)
BAWフィルタパッケージ及びバックエンドプロセス開発を担当して頂くプロジェクトリーダーを募集しています。この職務ではバックエンドに関連する新規技術・新規プロセス開発に新規導入する設備選定や導入後の維持管理時を検証するプロセス検証方法及びデザイン検証方法構築並びに設備選定業務を担当して頂き、高品質、高歩留な製品の早期立ち上げを実現に貢献していただきます。全ての開発 案件に適用可能な検証方法を構築する為、複数のプロジェクトに関わり、また複数部署と連携しながら開発を進めることになるため、会社全体を見渡した広い視野を身に付けることができます。
-現状量産しているBAWフィルタから派生したBAW Resonatorのパッケージ開発及びプロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクトをリードして頂きます。
- 必要に応じてバックエンドに関連する新規技術・新規プロセス開発に新規導入する設備選定や導入後の維持管理時を検証するプロセス検証方法及びデザイン検証方法構築並びに設備選定業務を担当して頂きます
-既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセス検証方法及びデザイン検証方法構築を行って頂きます。
-安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保出来るよう、各工程の検査や、ターゲット及びスペックを考慮して検証方法構築を実施して頂きます。
-プロセス検証データ、デザイン検証データ及び歩留データを分析し、検証方法の最適化及び検証結果に基き、課題がある場合には各程担当者に対してばらつき改善等の提言をして頂きます。
-設計、製造、品質保証、およびフロントエンドの開発メンバーと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。
-プロセス検証及びデザイン検証パターンに関するデザインルールの設定および検証を実施頂きます。
-電子部品もしくは半導体業界において技術者として３年以上のご経験
-電子部品・プリント基板及び 半導体製造における 開発プロジェクトリーダー としての知識・経験
- Windows, Excel, PowerPoint などの基本的なビジネス IT スキル。
-基地局用デバイスもしくは車載デバイス等、厳しい信頼性要望の製品に携わった経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の開発に携わった経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面作成及びプレゼンテーション能力
