RESPONSIBILITIES Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance results. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by applying the Five Below service model that empowers your team to say yes to customers. Anticipate customer needs and create an engaging store environment. Maintain all merchandising and operational standards consistent with Brand Standards. Develop a High Performing Crew Hire and engage talented employees with the necessary skills, ensuring proper placement at the right time. Cultivate a caring, inclusive, and diverse culture. Inspire accountability through training, coaching, and feedback. Communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust with your team. Partner with District Managers and HR for coaching, performance documentation, and employee relations. Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. Implement talent strategies to attract and retain top talent, fostering career growth through development planning and coaching. Drive a Consistent Business Analyze business results regularly and identify ways to improve performance using reports and metrics. Balance priorities effectively, focusing on critical areas. Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules responsibly. Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and legal requirements. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory, and store maintenance procedures. Prioritize and plan corporate communications and other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and think creatively. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
