Supply Chain Strategic Buyer (Indirect) at Global Medical Device LeaderLead and develop strategic sourcing initiatives for a dynamic global medical device company. The company offers excellent career development opportunities and a strong focus on employee well-being.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supporting multiple indirect categories/projects across various sites within a region. You’ll collaborate with diverse functions like Marketing, IT, R&D, Quality Assurance, HR, Facility Management, and Manufacturing. Partnering with regional and global category management teams, you will ensure successful implementation of strategies and drive compliance with preferred suppliers and purchasing channels. A key focus will be continuously improving costs, quality, and service levels for local deliverables in multiple categories.■Main tasks include・Lead the implementation of global and regional category strategies and projects.・Manage daily spend at local sites.・Create purchase orders based on preferred suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.・Drive compliance with preferred suppliers and purchasing channels to achieve savings targets.・Identify and implement savings initiatives specific to site requirements.・Manage supplier relationships at the local level, cooperating with regional and global procurement teams.・Resolve escalations from internal stakeholders regarding material supply and quality issues.If you are interested in this position, please apply now. ・Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within a manufacturing environment.
・Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
・Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
・Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving supply chain challenges.
・Proficiency in relevant procurement software and systems.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
