About the Position

Vitalaire, a division of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, is seeking a passionate and driven bilingual Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. • Crafting Compelling Stories: You'll be the voice of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, creating engaging job postings and employer branding content that captures the essence of our unique culture and values. Think beyond bullet points - tell our story!
• Navigating the Talent Pipeline: From initial screening to offer negotiation, you'll guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Think matchmaker meets project manager.
• Collaborating with the Crew: You'll partner with hiring managers across the organization, understanding their specialized needs and working together to build high-performing teams. Think strategic advisor and trusted partner.
• Data-Driven Discoveries: You'll use data and analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement in our recruitment and talent management strategies. Think data detective with a passion for optimization.
• Nurturing Our Talent: Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to talent management initiatives, including but not limited to:
• Performance Management Support: Assisting with performance review processes and tracking employee development, considering the specific requirements of healthcare roles.
• Learning & Development Coordination: Helping to organize and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the healthcare landscape.
• Succession Planning: Contributing to the identification and development of high-potential employees for future leadership roles within Air Liquide Home Healthcare.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Supporting programs that foster a positive and productive work environment, recognizing the unique challenges and rewards of working in healthcare.

What we are LOOKING for:

• Fresh Perspective: You're a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP designation is great to have, but not a must.
• Communication Ace: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH and FRENCH , with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Tech-Savvy Talent Hunter & Developer: You're comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools/social media platforms for employer of choice positioning. Bonus points for experience with learning and performance management platforms! Good thing everything is housed in our rocket ship, Workday.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about contributing to a shared success, within the HR Team and the organization at large.
